April shows challenged us to stretch our thinking and stock up new resources for living bigger and better. First, Rev. Evans from the National Black Church Initiative discussed asthma and lupus. Then Tyrone Berkel from BX Records dug into how Black churches could grow through digital media. Rev. Michael Miller informed us how martial arts boosts learning. Rev. Calvin Kendrick, Former Pastor of Victory Baptist Church (Bronx), offered some fascinating facts on people of color and housing. And closing out the month, Rev. Isaac Graham, Pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church (Harlem), got real about what it takes to be a church leader.

Principle March Shows

Principle Centered Living Radio kicked off its first month with Dr. Faith W. Smalls, as she spoke about Women’s History Month and the Trump administration. Rev. Deborah D. Jenkins shared her perspectives on women clergy. Later in the month, Rev. Dr. Robert A. Smith, Jr. talked about key women in his life, then discussed his book, “Flying with Broken Wings”. Wrapping up the month, Rev. Grace Emanuel shared information on domestic abuse and sexual assault. And, April got underway as Rev. Anthony Evans presented autism and lupus resources.
